sometimes I don’t do stuff.
i just think about how i ought to do them
or how i have yet to have done them.
i rewrite them on my to do list.
and yet they stay there, undone.
like emptying the dishwasher.
some days, i think about thinking about
emptying the dishwasher
and in the amount of time i’ve thought about it,
it could have been emptied already.
because honestly, i’m not a robot
(this is something that i struggle with)
and there will always, always be a lot to do.
i am so behind on editing my own personal photos.
it’s like i need the same kind of deadlines
that i give to others.
it is exactly like that.
so here are some favorite photos from june.
(and keep in mind there are months and months
of photos prior to june that are still unedited
but i felt like i could tackle june right now.)
we always head down
to the sweetest little parade one ever did see.
it’s like we all get to step back in time
when we are there.
my D gets his photo bombing skills from his papa.
and yes, it was chillier than i had expected,
so K is wearing her jammies over her festive dress.
I love the Lord, for he heard my voice;
he heard my cry for mercy.
Because he turned his ear to me,
I will call on him as long as I live.
