absolutely adore the beach.
because i do.
it’s my most favorite place.
and do you know what happened
the last time we went to the beach?
D had the audacity to proclaim
that we go to the beach too often.
not true.
not true at all.
that could never, ever be the case.
because the truth is,
we can’t be there enough.
but way, way back in june,
we got to spend the morning there,
to celebrate L and my birthdays.
and we got to be there with the bigs
and Auntie B.
it was simply perfect.
and even though it was
overcast when we got there,
we were able to witness the fog fade away
and blue skies emerge.
